LIVE EVENT ENGRAVING
Personalized engraving performed live on glassware, fragrance bottles, spirits, metal, leather, and other approved surfaces.
Up to 2 hours — $300
3 hours — $425

Foil personalization applied live to leather, paper goods, ribbon, books, boxes, journals, and other compatible surfaces.

MATERIALS & BLANK ITEMS
Bring your own pieces or let me source them for you.
Clients may provide approved blank items for personalization, including glassware, bottles, paper goods, leather pieces, gifting items, and packaging. Tanja can also source items specifically for the event. The cost of sourced blank items, shipping, handling, samples, and required material testing will be listed separately from the service fee and added to the final invoice.
All client-provided materials must be approved and tested before the event whenever possible.
TRAVEL
Available for local and destination events.
For events requiring extended travel, the proposal may include mileage, airfare, rental transportation, parking, tolls, lodging, shipping, or other necessary travel expenses. Hotel accommodations will be selected and arranged by The Guest List when overnight travel is required.

For projects that do not fit neatly into a standard service, a custom proposal can be created around your guest experience, brand, timeline, quantity, and budget.

BOOKING DETAILS
A few things to know before reserving your date.
BOOKING MINIMUM
Live services require a two-hour minimum unless otherwise stated.
RETAINER
A nonrefundable 50% retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve an event date.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due before the event according to the timeline stated in the service agreement.
MATERIALS
Client-provided items must be approved before personalization. The Guest List is not responsible for unsuitable materials.
GUEST COUNT
The number of items completed during live service depends on design, material, personalization length, guest flow, and event environment.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes to the date, location, guest count, items, or scope may require an updated proposal. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the final agreement.
